Grace Francisco is a seasoned tech executive with over 20 years of experience shaping software ecosystems across enterprise, fintech, consumer, gaming, and healthtech. She’s led global developer initiatives at companies like Microsoft, Intuit, Atlassian, Roblox, and MongoDB and co-authored three patents. A lifelong advocate for access and innovation, Grace began her journey as the youngest instructor at the National Junior Tennis League at age 16, helping inner-city youth in San Francisco and Oakland find purpose through sport. She is a founding member of EMG Worldwide, a founding board member of AI Data Coop, and founder of the advisory firm m2i. Over the past decade, Grace has been an active angel investor focused on developer-first startups across fintech, healthtech, enterprise, and gaming. She’s also a frequent speaker and writer on APIs, AI, cybersecurity, developer platforms, and leadership.
